1. Who we are
Simply Earn It is operated by Simply Earn It Partnership, Unit 99262, PO Box 6945, London, Greater London W1A 6US, United Kingdom. By using this website and our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What we offer
Simply Earn It provides an online membership course called The Simply Earn It 10-Lesson Starter System. We offer a free tier (Lesson 1 only) and a paid membership (Simply Starter Access) giving access to all 10 lessons. Content is delivered digitally via our website.
3. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid membership on Simply Earn It. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with anyone else. Each membership is for one individual user only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be sharing access.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a membership you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan) until you cancel. Prices are displayed in US dollars. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Founding Member Rate
Members who join during our founding launch window will receive our founding member rate for as long as their membership remains active and in good standing. This rate is locked in and will not increase while you remain a continuous member. If a founding member cancels their membership and later rejoins, they will be charged the standard rate applicable at the time of rejoining.
6. Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your membership at any time directly from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access to the course until that date. You can cancel, downgrade or rejoin at any time without penalty. No contracts. No hidden fees.
7. Refund Policy
Simply Earn It delivers digital content that becomes immediately accessible upon purchase. As such, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on monthly or annual memberships once access has been granted.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that digital content will be made available to you immediately after payment and you expressly consent to this immediate access.
This policy exists because our product is a digital course delivered instantly upon payment. Once you have accessed the course content, we are unable to reclaim that content and therefore cannot offer a refund.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us at support@simplyearnit.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund once access has been granted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Simply Earn It, including course lessons, text, graphics, worksheets and materials, is owned by Simply Earn It Partnership and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or resell any content from this site without our express written permission. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own use only.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Simply Earn It website or services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, sharing account access, copying or redistributing course content, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
10. Affiliate Links
This website contains affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase a product or service through one of our links, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe are genuinely useful. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content.
11. Earnings Disclaimer
